Terms & Conditions

* Deposits placed on gowns are non-refundable and not transferable to other items such as accessories.  Bliss is a dress agency and sells gowns on behalf of their owners (individuals or shops).   Once a deposit is placed on a gown the purchaser will be deemed to have entered into an agreement to pay the balance and Bliss will pay the seller in full on the purchaser's behalf.

* When gowns are returned to be placed in our Resale Scheme, sellers' will receive 50% of what they paid once the gown sells (as long as the gown is returned in good condition and within one year of purchase from Bliss.

*If you find your gown is faulty (and it wasn't pointed out at the time of purchase) Bliss adhere to the normal statutory consumer rights policy on second hand goods ie you have 7 days to return the item or you will be deemed to have accepted it.  If you return the item within 7 days you will be given a full refund.

*Gowns are accepted by Bliss for no more than three months.  Gowns must be collected thereafter.  It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure contact details remain current. Any change to contact details should be made in writing i.e. either by letter or by email and the owner must ensure they receive confirmation of the change from Bliss.  If Bliss are unable to contact the owner, gowns will be given to charity.

*Once booked in, gowns must remain with Bliss for a minimum of one month.

*Whilst every attempt is made to keep gowns pristine, some slight marking might occur if gowns are tried on a lot.  While Bliss will pay the cost of re-cleaning any sold gowns, we are unable to absorb the cost of re-cleaning gowns which are being returned to their owners.
